About Us

We acquire and manage commercial properties in select markets with strong demographics and economic drivers. Since our inception in 2002, DNA has purchased over 1.3 million square feet . Our criterion includes high growth markets, below market rents or expansion potential, strong sales, significant linear frontage for maximum visibility, and reasonable potential for capital appreciation through management and leasing opportunities.

By focusing our retail on neighborhood and community centers where the majority of tenants provide everyday necessities to the local community, our exposure to economic cycles is minimized. Even in difficult economic times, people still need the basic living essentials that our centers provide. Our leasing strategy is to achieve a 97% occupancy rate with a solid mix of national/regional tenants for credit stability while adding local tenants for higher rents and providing the area needs. Our office focus is on markets with diverse job creation sources, low cost of living, skilled in‐place workforce and predictable, friendly business environments.

Through the use of strong internal systems to maintain and lease each asset, DNA is able to continue to grow property cash flows and achieve projected value from increased rents, tenant retention and decreased operating costs. We are long term owners seeking cash flow and capital appreciation.
